Sildenafil (Sildenafil Dapil) è un medicinale che contiene il principio attivo sildenafil, che appartiene alla classe dei farmaci noti come inibitori della PDE-5 (il cGMP). Questo meccanismo consente al suo principio attivo, sildenafil, di avere un effetto rilasciato a livello dei muscoli e della spasticità dei vasi sanguigni che a sua volta aumentano il flusso sanguigno. Il sildenafil è utilizzato per trattare l'angina pectoris (o mal di schiena) e l'insufficienza cardiaca cronica (o mal di torace) in pazienti affetti da pressione alta o pressione bassa.
2. Cosa deve sapere prima di prendere Sildenafil (Sildenafil Dapil)
Non prenda Sildenafil (Sildenafil Dapil) in quanto la sua efficacia non è chiara e che la sua durata d'azione non è consigliabile. Se si manifestano disturbi della funzionalità epatica o renale, deve rivolgersi immediatamente al medico.
3. Come prendere Sildenafil (Sildenafil Dapil)
Sildenafil (Sildenafil Dapil) può essere somministrato da solo o in combinazione con altri trattamenti per la disfunzione erettile. Se si dimentica di prendere Sildenafil (Sildenafil Dapil) o si presentano altri disturbi di funzionalità epatica, devono rivolgersi immediatamente al medico.

Se si manifestano disturbi della funzionalità epatica o renale, devono rivolgersi immediatamente al medico. Che cos'è Sildénafil Sandoz e quando si usa?
Il Sildéndafil Sandoz è un rappresentante del gruppo di medicamenti chiamati inibitori della fosfodiesterasi di tipo 5. Agisce favorendo la dilatazione dei vasi sanguigni del pene in caso di eccitazione sessuale. Il sangue può allora affluire più facilmente nel pene e permette di ottenere l'erezione in modo naturale.
Non deve prendere il Sildénafil Sandoz se non soffre di una disfunzione erettile. Il Sildénafil Sandoz non è adatto alle donne.
Il Sildénafil Sandoz è indicato, su prescrizione del medico, per la terapia della disfunzione erettile dell'uomo, talora chiamata impotenza. Tale disfunzione si verifica quando un uomo non riesce a ottenere o mantenere un'erezione del pene sufficientemente rigida per l'attività sessuale.
Il Sildénafil Sandoz non aumenta la libido e non influisce sulla fertilità.
Quando non si può assumere Sildénafil Sandoz?
Avvertenza importante
Se in quanto paziente che soffre di una malattia del cuore (p.es. angina pectoris, «dolori al petto») trattato con medicamenti contenenti nitrati o donatori di azoto monossido (p.es. con i principi attivi molsidomina, nitroglicerina o simili), in nessun caso può prendere il sildenafil (Sildénafil Sandoz). L'uso concomitante del Sildénafil Sandoz può causare un pericoloso potenziamento dell'effetto di questo farmaco sotto forma di caduta della pressione arteriosa e di collasso circolatorio. Ciò vale anche per l'uso dei «poppers» venduti illegalmente (che contengono il principio attivo nitrito di amile).
Non prenda il Sildénafil Sandoz se sta assumendo medicamenti contenenti stimolatori della guanilato ciclasi come Riociguat (per la dilatazione delle arterie polmonari in caso di forme specifiche di ipertensione polmonare).
Se prende un medicamento di questo tipo ne parli al suo medico. Se non ne è sicuro domandi al medico o al farmacista.
Non utilizzi Sildénafil Sandoz se si è verificata una perdita della vista in un occhio a causa di un insufficiente apporto di sangue agli occhi (neuropatia ottica ischemica non arteritica [NAION]) o se ha una storia familiare di determinate, rare malattie ereditarie degli occhi (come la retinite pigmentosa).
Non prenda il Sildénafil Sandoz se ha già avuto delle reazioni di ipersensibilità (allergia) a sildénafil o ad uno degli altri costituenti del Sildénafil Sandoz. Una reazione allergica può manifestarsi sotto forma di eruzione sulla pelle, prurito, gonfiore del viso, labbra tumefatte o affanno.
